Opening the doors to Framed Eyewear on South White Street has been a labor of love, and we could never have brought this space to life alone. From framing walls and wiring fixtures to hanging signs and cheering us on through late-night prep, this boutique was truly built by the hands and hearts of our community.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who lent their craft, time, and encouragement to help us reach opening day.

The Craftsmen & Builders
- Drew at Cady Builders for leading the buildout and coordinating the craftsmanship that shaped our boutique.
- Layton at True Vine Electrical for dialing in the lighting and bringing warmth and clarity into every corner.
- TJ at TRW Remodeling for his skilled hands, structural eye, and tireless work across the space.
- Michael Ashdown at Brush Up Painting for giving our walls and trim the clean, tailored finish that sets the tone for our gallery aesthetic.

The Creative & Business Partners
- Our frame and lens representatives. For great advice, awesome giveaways, assembling displays, giving feedback, and cheering us on.
- Rosa at Ashdown Photography for capturing our headshots so beautifully through her lens.
- John at Custom Signs for crafting the storefront signage that makes our space feel like home.
- Becky and Carter at Piedmont Federal Bank for championing our vision from the beginning and helping us establish a strong foundation.
Our Friends & Family
Jackie, Melanie, Jeff, Naomi, Heather, and Ben for showing up in every way possible.
Special thanks to our incredible husbands and children for your patience, endless encouragement, heavy lifting, and love. You lived through every late night, messy work weekend, and early morning alongside us. Thank you for believing in us and all the help along the way.
We built Framed Eyewear to be an inviting, bespoke home for eyewear in Wake Forest, but it is already rich in history because of the people who helped lay its foundation.
Thank you for being part of our story. We cannot wait to welcome you in.
